Taste is a contemporary all day dining restaurant serving an enticing range of gourmet international cuisine in a visually dramatic setting. The exciting new concept features open kitchens and live cooking stations allowing for interaction between chef and diner. As much food as possible is cooked ‘a la minute', and diners can expect authentic flavours and delicious dishes presented with flair and creativity. 

Live cooking stations include Mediterranean cuisine serving fresh pasta, pizza, and salads, and an Asian station offering local Thai cuisine and other regional wok cooked dishes and noodles. A carvery and hot buffet area offers traditional roasts and grills of premium quality meats while a dedicated Japanese section serves sushi, sashimi and a raw food buffet. Dining at Taste ends on a high note with an irresistible array of desserts complete with chocolate fondue and ice cream.
